Not as pow-specific as Burton's Fish or as freestyle-focused as the Sherlock, this ATV pushes the boundaries of freeride into an entirely different realm of straight shots and pillow lines. With all-wheel drive edge tech and fully directional crud-busting power, the Barracuda snowboard is the one to reach for in variable or unknown terrain.
Exactly as expected.....perfection in the POW and still very good (though not excellent - chatters a bit at hige speed heel side turn) on the hardpack. I ride a custom X on non-pow days and ride the baraccuda in the POW - with those 2 boards you can do anything.

Burton Barracuda Snowboard (Closeout)
I bought this board for powder, (which has been hard to come by this year), and have been pleased with what I have seen. It floats nicely, transitions quickly from turn to turn, and has an awesome balance between flex and pop. I've also been pleasantly surprised by the Barracuda's performance on groomers. While it will never be an ice board, it holds it's own on flats and corduroy, with nary a chatter at speed. A surprisingly balanced board. Now, bring on the powder.

Burton Barracuda Snowboard (2012 Closeout)
This board is great! I ride it on packed to icy conditions at the local mountain and even though it's designed for powder, it still maneuvers wonderfully. The edges really grip the ice even when carving on steep slopes. My only issue with it would be the flexibility. It is a bit stiff, but it's very stable at high speeds...no wobbles.
