Overview
Danny Davis' ride of choice for half pipe and park, this year the Easy Livin pays its respects to the classics with official Led Zeppelin album artwork. The 152 features the Houses of the Holy album, the 155 features the Swan Song vinyl album, and the 158 is Led Zeppelin IV, aka the Zoso album. Choose from a more blunted freestyle shape in the 152, the stock and sturdy all-around feel of the 155, or the pointier freestyle design of the 158. Burton additionally upgraded the Easy Livin with their signature camber profile for extra power and control.

Ride Style

All Mountain - Whether you're doing hot laps, tree runs, ripping around or just cruising the park, this board's versatility should allow you to shred virtually anywhere on the mountain in whatever condition.

Slash a turn, tweak a grab, bonk a tree, ollie the cat track and be sure to high five your friends before doing it all over again.

Park/Jumps - Built for those ready to step to bigger park features or backcountry booters, or even super pipes if you're lucky enough to live near one. These freestyle-minded boards are slightly beefed than your average noodle park board - good for popping higher, riding stronger, and stomping landings like you're in the big leagues.

Aggressive Riding - Built tough for those on the charge and stepping up to bigger features - whether it's high-speed groomer assaults, heavy hitting jumps, dropping cliffs and chutes, or just ripping the whole mountain a new one - these bindings offer increased stability, power and overall "oomph" to your shred game.

Flex Rating

SoftStiff - Mid-Flex - all-around stability, pop, versatile response and control for all types of riders

Shape

Twin - Typically designed for park and jib-influenced riding, this Twin shape snowboard category includes True Twins and Almost Twin (aka Twin-ish or Twin-like) boards with centered stances.

True Twins are symmetrical in shape/flex and will ride exactly the same regular or switch - while Almost Twins will ride equally well in both directions but may have a slightly lengthened (or heightened) nose than tail for a bit better float when riding your normal stance.

Camber Profile

Camber Only - *Note: profile image exaggerated for visual perspective, please see this brand's specific camber tech for more details

Key Features

Burton Camber - An advocate of powerful turns and poppy precision, camber speaks to the core values of board design. Offering a snappy suspension, camber distributes weight evenly over the entire length of the board allowing for smooth continuous edge control from tip to tail.

Squeezebox™ Core Profile - Squeezebox is a patent-pending technology that transfers energy outward from under your feet, energizing the tip and tail for added snap when executing a turn and ollieing. Thinner core sections underfoot transitions to thicker, more powerful areas between and outside your feet for a more stable board that can be powered up and manipulated with less effort.

Frostbite Edges - Edges beneath your bindings extend out slightly for tremendous edge-hold on hard, icy conditions. Powerful when you need them, playful when you don't. Frostbite Edges are hungry for hard-pack while remaining ever-forgiving in softer conditions.

3 Year Warranty - Covered under manufacturer warranty for 3 years from the time of purchase! Warranty includes structural defects only and DOES NOT cover impact damage, abuse, misuse or normal wear and tear expected from aggressive riding.

Sorry folks, but bashing your board on a rock or rail does not qualify as a "manufacturer's defect" and will not be honored.

The Channel - The Channel is an exclusive Burton mounting system using a central spine for virtually endless binding adjust-ability. Introduced in 2011, Burton has widened The Channel along with equipping it with the industry standard hardware for enhanced connection to your snowboard and further compatibility with all Burton bindings along with new compatibility for select competitor's bindings such as Union, Forum and many others (Channel-compatible disc may need to be purchased separately for some brands).

The Channel allows you to micro-adjust stance width, angle, and toe-to-heel centering with ease while at the same time dispersing energy for added rebound and snap.

Core

Super Fly II® Core - Stronger and lighter woods target specific areas of the core to provide pop, strength, and reduced weight. Further optimized for float in Burton's freeride focused boards, and strength in Burton's park-focused boards.

Dualzone™ EGD™ (Engineered Grain Direction) - The wood grain is positioned along the toe and heel edges on two continuous zones, perpendicular to the rest of the wood core, for consistent edge-hold and added strength.

Infinite™ Ride Construction - A Burton exclusive technology allows their boards to maximize pop and strength by overbuilding the board for you. Whether you choose to ride Spring-loaded, Rocker, or Camber, rest assured that with Infinite Ride your board will maintain its flex, pop, and feel from the first day forward, season after season.

Laminates

Dual Density Triax Fiberglass - Dual density fibers from tip-to-tail add strength and snap without sacrificing weight-savings.

Base

Sintered WFO Base - Infusing a specially formulated wax deep into the pores of this extra-absorbent, high-density sintered material results in an ultra-durable base that stays Wide F!#@ing Open all season in any condition.

Pro Tips - A tapered tip and tail thickness that reduces swing weight for easier mobility.

Asked by Ryan Berg on 3/6/2017
How will this board ride with rails ?
Answered by James D (Tactics Employee) on 3/9/2017
The Burton Easy Livin Snowboard is a mid-flex all mountain board. It will work well on rails, because it is not too stiff, but also handle jumps because it isn't too soft.
