Comments about Burton Women's Touchscreen Liner Gloves (Closeout) - true black:

These gloves have got to be the thinnest gloves I've ever seen, you really might as well not wear anything. I'm not sure why the designers felt it necessary to include the target symbol over the thumb and index finger because the material the entire glove is made out of is thin enough to still carry the electrical signal from your hands to the touch screen device. Might as well wrap a t-shirt around your hands and save money instead of buying these gloves.

Are these just used as liners with other gloves or can they be used as stand-alone gloves? This would be for driving, walking etc. not skiing.

You can use these on their own, but they're not waterproof. So you will want to avoid rain/snow if you don't have a shell or other gloves to wear them with.
