SurfTech's are produced by first matching a pre-tested design, then cloning that proven board again so the surfer purchasing it know it’s going to perform. The second aspect of performance is weight. A lighter, stiffer board is more responsive. This allows quicker direction changes and tighter positioning on the wave, higher aerials, and more controlled floaters.

The most popular shortboard in the line. This board excels in small to medium surf but still rides and responds like a conventional shortboard. Al considers this the best small wave short board he has ever designed. It should be ridden 2”-3” shorter and ¼” to ½” wider than your normal shortboard
