I run the lowest of riser the dookie's by shorties, these trucks are lighter then venture's are close tie. but even with 50mm wheels its wheel bite city, my ventures probally due to not turning quite as wheel give me less bite even with a bigger wheel, im not really happy with these and ill probally by ventures again or get mid indys that are 51.5 tall not 48.5 tall.
independent reynolds trucks, thought it would be a no brainer for the best trucks on the market but the independent stock bushings that they came with and replacement indie low bushings don't even fit on the thing. You need to sand them down to get it to fit. Forget about it if u like to use bones bushings. Still the best trucks but i was totally bummed that the bushings that are supposed to go with them and the ones that they came with don't work properly. Just get the highs and save yourself the hassle.
These trucks are one of the best, if not the best trucks out. They are nice and responsive, grind amazingly, very light, have great turning. The new redesgined hanger makes every grind super smooth. I used to only skate Thunder trucks, but after getting a pair of these, I'm sold.
I always have riden independent trucks...I expect quality...great turning...but for f's sake the standard orange bushings and even the red soft are too hard...just replace them with soft bones bushing if you want to use the best feature of independent trucks: SMOOTH STABLE HIGH SPEED TURNING!!!!!!
