Features
Patagonia's Untracked jacket, built with unwavering attention to descent-oriented details, features a versatile, 3-layer 100% nylon GORE-TEX® fabric for windproof and waterproof/breathable performance, whether you’re building up a storm trailblazing or riding steep gullies in blower conditions.

The fabric package has a brushed interior lining that increases warmth and comfort without extra bulk and manages moisture to keep you dry. A DWR (durable water repellent) finish increases durability and prevents saturation. Pit zips provide a cooling airflow for steamy days, but when it blows, a sleek, low-profile powder skirt with a single snap seals out spindrift and flyaway.

Patagonia Untracked Jacket - wax red
This is a great jacket. Use it at the resort or in the back country either way it's awesome. I used for.both but primarily as my back country jacket. The fleece backing on the inside is a great touch keeps you warm when you reach a peak or ridge after a long skin up. But it's still a lightweight shell that is great w awesome coverage from the hood. I give it a 4 star just because it doesn't seem as durable as my other patagonia stuff. But true to patagonia I called and mentioned that I had concerns about the jacket holding up and the eyes replaced it free of charge. For sure you can't go wrong w patagonia and if you don't go w thus jacket/kit (the pants are even sicker than the jacket) try out the primo kit. Both are awesome choices
