Eco-Friendly Materials

Organic Cotton - Organic cotton is grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers, all of which are derived from petroleum and none of which are naturally occurring. This makes organic cotton a healthier alternative for people and planet than conventionally grown cotton.

Recycled Polyester - This product is made from recycled plastic bottles. Approximately 31% of plastic bottles produced in the United States are made from a material called PolyEthylene Terephtalate, "PET" or "PETE." Usually clear or green, the plastic is mostly used for consumer goods such as soda bottles and food jars, but once recycled and processed, it has a wide variety of eco-friendly applications. While recycling is not the end-all, be-all solution for ridding the world of the plastic bag beast, it is a sustainable path for plastic products and takes less energy to produce than traditional polyester. Plus, it means less plastic bottles in landfills, not bad.

Support the cause but, avg hoodie.

Protect Our Winters Classic Logo Hoodie
I support the cause but, as far as the hoodie goes, I will be objective. Apperance wise, it looks good. However, it's fairly thin and lightweight ( more lightweight than even a midweight hoodie). I ordered a large and the length is avg. I am 5'10 160lbs. I washed it in cold and hang dried it. Then, I threw it into the dryer on low with a sheet of bounce to soften it up. It still shrunk ( prob down to a medium.) So, it's now too short. I gave it to my gf. Overall, I still feel good about supporting the POW movement but, even if it didn't shrink, I don't think this would be my go to all around hoodie of choice.

Asked by Ant on 1/30/2017
If I'm around 5'11" to 6' ish, what size should I get for a nice not too small not too big fit?
Answered by Danny M (Tactics Employee) on 1/31/2017
I would go for the large or XL. Keep in mind that these will shrink when washed so the large may be more snug of a fit, so you may want to go for the XL.
