Comments about Sector 9 Fractal 36" Sidewinder Drop Through Complete Longboard - silver trucks / white wheels:

I use this board every single day! It is one of my favorite boards. It really gives you the feeling of surfing! I dont really have anything bad to say about this board, but i do wish it was a tad bit longer and it wasent as flexy. For some reason I like heavier boards and this board is really light. good for people that like light boards. Super great board!!! :)

i was wondering, if you want to tighten the trucks, would you tighten all 4 kingpins? Another question, can you slide on this board? How do you clean bearings? It would be cool if you could get back to me soon. Thanks

              A:

You can tighten as many or as few kingpins as you want, whatever is the best ride for you. The Sidewinders are difficult to slide because they want to carve and turn like crazy. You can pull the bearings out and soak them in a solvent (non-water based) and lubricate with an oil based lube. Don't use WD-40 or any water based lube, it may rust the bearings.

You can adjust the king pins as you want, personally I focused on having the upper kingpin tighter than the lower. You can most definately slide on this board, although the stock wheels aren't all that good IMO. I had a pair of 86a Stimulus' on for over a year now and love em. Only downside is that you speedwobble at lower speeds with the double kingpin, but you can slide to kill the speed if you need to
