since it is a complete we cannot change the wheels but you can use the board builder and make your own longboard if you like http://www.tactics.com/skateboardbuilder

      • Q:

Can this be used in the rain? Can this be used to slide?

I've had this board since december of last year and have found that the trucks and the flex of the board are great for slides. I'm more of a coleman/pendy kind of person and use Oranguatan Stimulus' rather than the stock wheels but nonetheless always have a great time sliding with this board.

Rain: there are not any skateboards that are good in the rain. It is bad for the wood, it is bad for the metal parts, and it is very bad for the bearings. That being said, you could ride it in the rain if you really wanted to.

Slide: the trucks on this board are not made for sliding. But you definitely could slide it if you got used to it, they just arent the best for sliding.

      • Q:

Is it a good board to slide?

        • A:

You could slide it if you wanted, but it wont be as easy as anything with normal longboard trucks.

      • Q:

probably a dumb question but what skate tool would i need for this type of board? or would i not even need one?
Asked on 7/13/2012 by Mike from United States

        1 answer

        • A:

Any skate tool would do the trick. And with any board, a normal screw driver and crescent wrench will get the job done, so you dont NEED a skate tool, they are just handy.
