Fully Taped - Having outerwear with fully taped seams means that on the inside of the jacket all the seams are covered in tape to provide the most effective waterproofing. It can be considered a key feature if you live in a wet climate or are planning on wearing the jacket during heavy rains. The downside is that due to the full taping there is less breathability than you'd experience with critically taped seams.

Low-Loft Synthetic - Low-loft insulation provides warmth without losing versatility. Because low-loft insulation is made of synthetic fibers it maintains much of its insulating ability even when wet. A lower loft rating means it won't keep you as warm as jackets with high loft but it's more versatile and dries more quickly than traditional down.

Insulation Rating (g)

Synthetic insulation is measured in grams, so a jacket with a 80g rating simply means that a 1 meter by 1 meter piece of that particular jacket's insulation weighs 80 grams. The higher the rating, the warmer the outerwear.

Designed for the 100+ day rider, the Airblaster Glacier series offers something tasty for everyone, whether your preferred flavor is mild, medium, or completely wild.

YKK® AquaGuard® Waterproof Zippers - The Aquaguard® zipper's new tooth design provides enhanced water repellency compared to coil or standard individual element closures, so you'll stay drier than you would with a traditional zipper.

Eco DWR - Environmentally friendly and retains 80% repellency after 20 machine wash cycles.

Lycra® Wrist Gaiters - Soft, stretchy Lycra® fends off the cold without adding bulk or restricting movement.
