Keeping you cozy on the mountain and around town, this Anorak style jacket is built with a 2-layer nylon/polyester shell and Thermolite insulation for supreme warmth in cold conditions. The big front pocket offers a ton of space to bring stuff with you while you ride, or to store your goggles and gloves while eating lunch in the lodge. The internal media pocket lets you discretely jam out to your tunes at your convenience and if you end up pushing a little hard on a warm day, you can always open the under arm vents for airflow. All in all, it's a sick jacket with all the features you could ever need for season after season of shredding gnar and slashing pow.
Fully Taped - Having outerwear with fully taped seams means that on the inside of the jacket all the seams are covered in tape to provide the most effective waterproofing. It can be considered a key feature if you live in a wet climate or are planning on wearing the jacket during heavy rains. The downside is that due to the full taping there is less breathability than you'd experience with critically taped seams.
Thermolite® - Thermolite® insulation is comprised of hollow-core fibers that trap in air for light, yet heavy-duty performance.
Synthetic insulation is measured in grams, so a jacket with a 80g rating simply means that a 1 meter by 1 meter piece of that particular jacket's insulation weighs 80 grams. The higher the rating, the warmer the outerwear.
Bluesign Approved Insulation - Guarantees that each product uses only safe chemicals and was made to meet the highest standards of natural resource conservation, consumer and worker safety, and clean air and water discharge during manufacturing.
