If you're scoping out your favorite Pro-rider setups, there is one board that almost the entire Arbor Highland Team has on their short-list. The Shakedown. The Shakedown is marvelously versatile. Take this setup to get slappy-happy on the curbs outside your doorstep, down a steep-grade doing standees, for the thrill through hills and switchback corners, to launch a fat frontside out of the bowl at your favorite skatepark without ever having to change anything on your board. Skate everything.

Freeride - Featuring concaves that create pockets for your feet and shorter wheelbases, freeride boards are meant to make power slides as natural as your choice to skate.
Freestyle - Freestyle is all about expression so you'll see a wide variety of flex, shape and length in this category. If you have longboard dancing and flat-ground trick goals, you're on the right page.
Top Mount - The classic skate mount. Trucks are mounted from the top to sit flush with the bottom of the board for that proven ride and feel.
Standard - Standard decks are the most predictable and some swear they break-in better than other profiles. Great for any skill level.
Directional - Directional decks may have a dramatically asymmetrical shape or just a slight taper which can be great for anything from mild cruising to intense downhill; but of course it's all just preference.
Double Kicks - With a kicktail at the nose and tail of the board, ollies and flip tricks will become part of your arsenal. Double kicks are most often found on freestyle boards, but can add versatility to any skateboard.
Wheel Wells/Flares - For the boards that don't need full wheel cutouts, wheel wells are beveled out of the board to give the extra clearance needed to avoid wheelbite.
Medium Concave - Medium concave shows as a slight rise towards the edges of the deck. Choosing the right concave can be tough because it's all personal preference but you can't go wrong if you don't already have a preference.
7-Ply - This is the standard for a reason; 7 ply construction gives you a deck that is durable, sturdy and poppy without breaking the bank.
Maple - Hard rock maple construction, farmed from sustainable sources.
Arbor Crosscut Series - Hybrid shapes for mixed street, and downhill skating, performance for tricks at speed.
Eco-Conscious Efforts - All wood by-products created during the production are reclaimed for use in other Arbor products or by outside companies. Each board is produced with a water-based sanding sealer and final finish to avoid air pollution.
