Inspired by heavy-duty workwear, Burton loaded up the Dunmore with snow features like gusseted snowproof cuffs, jacket-to-pant interface, THERMOLITE® insulation with 40% recycled content, and exclusive Living Lining® for automatic climate control. Designed to help reduce the need for layering, this single piece consolidates flannel, insulator and hoodie all into one jacket.
Critically Taped - On outerwear with critically taped seams you only have taping at the key points where potential leakage can occur. This is acceptable, or even advantageous if you live in a dry climate, if you're more concerned with breathability than dealing with wet weather then outerwear featuring critically taped seams is the way to go.
Thermolite® - Thermolite® insulation is comprised of hollow-core fibers that trap in air for light, yet heavy-duty performance.
Synthetic insulation is measured in grams, so a jacket with a 80g rating simply means that a 1 meter by 1 meter piece of that particular jacket's insulation weighs 80 grams. The higher the rating, the warmer the outerwear.
Living Lining™ - Thermo-Regulating Technology works within a three-layer system, reacting to your body heat for regulated comfort.
Lifetime Warranty - Burton Snowboards warrants all Clothing, Outerwear, Bags, and Luggage sold by Burton to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product. Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, and wear and tear that can be reasonably expected as a result of extended use over time, are not covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty but may be repaired at a reasonable cost.
