Vulcanized - “Vulc” shoes are light, flexible and break in quickly. These don't provide as much foot protection as cupsoles, but they are preferred if you’re looking for good board feel in a shoe with less weight and bulk.

I have been wearing Vans since the late 70's and love e'm! Finally got around to ordering some new hi tops and was pleasantly surprised at the new comfort insole in mine!! Nice addition esoecially now that im an old dude now and could use the extra cush!!_
