Arbor is also doing their part to help the environment. Along with using sustainable materials, Arbor reclaims the by-product of those materials for use in other products. This ensures limited waste of precious resources. The decks are also produced using eco friendly water-based sanding sealers.

Commuting - Commuter boards cover a wide range. Whether you're cruising to the store on a beverage run or crossing from suburbs to downtown and back on the daily, commuting boards are made to make your life a litter easier and a lot more fun.
Shorter boards in this category make up the cruising department. Some have functional kicktails, but they're still made to fit large wheels so you won't get hung up on any rocks. Some are even small enough they can fit in lockers or under a work desk.
Longer boards are made for distance skaters. With features like rocker, flex, and anything to lower your center of gravity, commuting boards make skating feel like you have your own cloud underfoot. These boards are really great for beginners and experienced riders alike.
Never make the boring mistake of walking again, get your commute on.
Carve & Pintail - Deep carves, boardwalk cruising, and mellow hills are calling you. This is the traditional Californian longboard and is still relevant today. You'll find the longest wheelbases in this category meant for big turns and a large surface area for dancing.
Top Mount - The classic skate mount. Trucks are mounted from the top to sit flush with the bottom of the board for that proven ride and feel (as opposed to drop-through mounts, which are mounted through the board to lower your center of gravity).
Camber - Camber gives you a charged feeling underfoot and better leverage for turns. Camber boards can feel a bit more like a spring at first, but any rider will appreciate how this makes the board responsive. Camber boards are especially fun for commuter decks, freestyle, and cruisers where you'll be carving a lot.
Directional - Directional boards might have concave towards the front, maybe the tail is tapered, it could be shaped to have a fatter nose than tail, and it probably feels awkward if you hop on backwards. However, when you want to pump a board, or you want to have something that sets you up for the fastest line, directional boards are great. Whether you are looking for a really responsive directional board for carving and cruising or a precision downhill deck, a directional board could be in your future.
Mild Concave - With the right concave underfoot you'll feel you can skate anything. Concavity can be seen if you look at a board straight down the nose to the tail. Mild concave shows as a slight rise towards the edges of the deck giving your feet plenty of places to lock in. Choosing the right concave can be tough because it's all personal preference, but you can't go wrong if you don't already have a preference.
Bamboo + Maple Construction - Made with six plies of sustainably sourced hardrock maple and a power ply of environmentally friendly bamboo. Bamboo is a sustainably grown, power-generating ply that delivers improved return and lasting durability.
Paris 180mm Trucks - Paris longboard trucks are taking the industry by storm with a purer metal, greater strength, and quicker turns than the industry standard. Paris 180mm Trucks are ready to bomb any hills that you can throw at them.
All Arbor Wheels are made from an environmentally friendly sucrose-based, bio-urethane formula that reduces Arbor's reliance on harmful synthetic materials, without sacrificing an ounce of performance.
65mm (78a) Mosh Wheels - Centerset cruiser wheels for skating it all. The Mosh is the perfect mix between quick acceleration and roll speed. These wheels are great for commuting and a good option for freeriding on all size boards.
Wood By-Product Use - All wood by-products created during the production of Arbor skateboards are reclaimed for use in other Arbor products, or by outside companies. This allows Arbor to stretch an important resource, while helping to reduce the strain on landfills and forest land.
Water Based Finishes - All Arbor skateboards are produced using a water-based sanding sealer and final finish to avoid air pollution.
