Features
Bones Swiss Ceramics are the fastest skateboard bearings you can buy, period. A winning combination of Bones precision ground and polished races, fiber reinforced high speed ball retainer, Cerbec silicon nitride ceramic balls, Speed Cream racing formula lubricant, and a frictionless, non-contact shield.

The advantages of using ceramic balls are that they are non-corrosive, lighter in weight, harder and stronger than steel, have lower rolling friction, and last longer. This makes Bones Swiss Ceramic bearings accelerate faster, roll farther, and last longer than polished steel ball bearings. If you are looking for the very best, invest in Bones Swiss Ceramics.

Bones Bearings Swiss Ceramic Skateboard Bearings
I used it in street and park skating and decently abused it. After 1 year, it started making crackling sound when rolling. I was kind of disappointed cause I fear that the balls have cracked on 2/8 bearings and pretty much thrown away 100+ dollars on bearings. This is what forums says about ceramics that they couldn’t handle loads. Anyway, so 1 day I decided to check the balls by removing it out of the bearings cause I thought it was already the end of life. But I didn’t see or feel any crack on any balls and I was wondering what causes the crackling sound. To my surprise, I saw some dent’s on the steel raceways. The balls were so freaking hard that it dented the raceways. However it still spins longer than my one month old bones swiss super six. Given that the raceways were not in tip top shape, and still spins longer than my fairly new bones super swiss six. I now agree with their marketing that bones swiss ceramics were in a class by themselves but just on their own bearing line (will justify later on). Also, its true about lesser maintenance, you barely need to put lubricants to keep these flying. Comparing again to bones super swiss six in terms of speed, they are just about the same speed, I couldn’t feel any difference but the ceramic rolls and hold speed longer.
But one bearing seems to be faster than this and more precised, it’s the cheap bear space ball bearings. The tolerance were super tight! When you try to hold the inner raceway with your finger and play the outer race with you other hand. It’s barely even moving with little to no play, compared to ceramics. So might be the reason it feels faster when you’re riding it. But on free spin, the bear space ball bearing sucks.
If they could replace the raceway with a harder material and make an integrated spacers+washers for these and adjust the tolerance, the game would be over. They could really claim that this is the best bearings money could buy.

Bones Bearings Swiss Ceramic Skateboard Bearings
Fast, smooth, silent. The ceramics seemed to take a little longer to break in than the standard Bones Swiss but seem less noisy. Likely, not any faster than standards, but noticeably lighter.

I'd say these don't roll any faster than the regular Swiss's but they are a thousand times quieter

I'd recommend them for the water resistance but if you can't really afford them the regular Swiss's will suffice
