Comments about Burton Malavita Snowboard Bindings - red wood:
So I was a little hesitant to buy these as I was looking for a true all-mountain binding for my Capita DOA. However I went with them anyway and I couldn't be happier.
The flex rating on these guys is a 6/10, so for the type of riding I do (a good mix of groomers and park, with some fresh pow when they conditions allow), these fit the bill.
The auto cant is super squishy and comfortable. The ratchet system is flawless with the easiest release I've ever had. The asymmetrical straps are comfy (although I don't see much difference from symmetrical straps).
Overall, this binding is very responsive when I'm flyin' down a black and flexible enough when I'm hitting rails and kickers in the park. You can't go wrong with these, and not mention the color combos are awesome (i went with the red).
