Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Pro Skate Shoes - black/white canvas
I got these because I heard they provide more support than regular converse. They do my other pair oof converse I could only wear for about 20 minutes before my feet would start to hurt, but with these I cam walk around all day and my feet aren't tired until about 10 or 12 hours into my day.

If your looking for converse as comfortable as other running or walking shoes these are it

The LunarCons or... the CTAS Pro are pretty rad as far as cons go. They aren't big and bulky like a number of their other shoes (or like tons of shoes in skateboarding nowadays). They are the thin, classic styled Chuck Taylors that have been beefed up to withstand modern skateboarding. The insoles are actually some of the most comfortable I have ever had. The toecap is nice cause you basically will never run through it... but you will blow through the area where you ollie, unless of course, you go for the newer suede options. Still, the reinforced converse canvas is better than your generic canvas skate shoe. The soles last a long time as well, which is a huge plus. I have skated two pairs of the canvas ones and enjoyed them quite a bit.

There is something weird about the shape of the toe however. Every time I go to skate these I have to figure out a new spot for my front foot on a lot of flip tricks. If you aren't doing a ton of flip tricks and are more into mashing around parks, doing lots of airs, and whatnot... you will probably love these shoes. And lets face it, they look pretty stylish.

Durable canvas shoe, Converse cons are a little more durable than the classic not "skate" edition Chuck Taylor's. Plus they come with lunarlon insoles which rule

Classic Chuck Taylor with added comfort from the Lunarlon insole. Definitely more comfortable to walk on than regular chucks. I like!!!

How's the sizing of these? Do they run larger like most Converse usually do?
    Answered on 8/14/2013
no, they are sized like most converse are sized. for example, if you normally wear a 9 in most shoes, you would wear an 8.5 in this shoe.

Lunerlon?? Is this a joke because these are the most low-tech shoes out there? Lol
Answered by Jesse C (Tactics Employee) on 4/22/2013
These are different than the classic Chuck Taylor shoes, which does have the same sole in the shoe since the 1960s. This skate shoe version of the shoe is improved for skating. The Lunarlon was developed by Nike running and is now used in skate shoes for more support, comfort, impact protection, better board feel and less weight.
