Emerica & Tactics Bring You More Epic Fun
What happens when Emerica says, “Let’s bring skate legend Leo Romero and his kick-ass band Travesura to Eugene…”? Well, you have an epic party.
Join Tactics and Emerica as we celebrate our first-ever Northwest Jam with an all-ages after party. We’ve hooked up a bunch of great entertainment and a TON of sweet raffle items, not to mention a solid food and beverage mix from our after party venue, Cozmic in downtown Eugene. The Cozmic kitchen will be open serving a variety of pizza and other menu items, while the bar will feature an assortment of favorites from our after party co-sponsor, Ninkasi Brewing Co.
Doors open at 8 p.m. and the party starts at 8:30 with Eugene’s own The Double Deuce for a session of punk-infused rockabilly. Award-winning Seattle artist DJ Sean Cee will take the stage at 9:30, spinning fresh mixes like only he can. Travesura will carry us home with Leo’s skate and culturally influenced tunes which have been hailed as “Part indie, part old country, part Desire-era Bob Dylan.” The party is free to all Northwest Jam participants and our sponsors. Additional tickets will be available to the public with pre-sale for $5 at Tactics Boardshop or $8 at the Cozmic box office the night of the party.

|Travesura | 11:15 p.m. to 1 a.m.
He’s been called “The Mexican Johnny Cash.” You know him for his world-class skateboarding, but Leo, Eric Evans and Mark Morones also deliver inspiration on stage. Blogger Jennifer Sherowski said recently of Travesura, “I don’t really follow Leo’s skating, per se (I don’t really follow anyone‘s skating, per se), but I shall, from this date forward, follow his career in foot stompin harmonica powered acoustic punk meets old country rock music.”Check out Hell’s Song by Travesura.
|DJ Sean Cee | 9:45 to 11 p.m.
Rocking buffets and dance floors since ’98 , DJ Sean Cee is that guy. He placed 3rd in the 2013 NW regional Red bull Thre3style competition and his recent mix Geo Metro was featured as ” Pick of the week” on Mixcrate.com. Sean is originally from Texas and now calls Seattle home.Get a taste of DJ Sean Cee’s award-winning work on SoundCloud.
|The Double Deuce | 8:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Hot, nasty, bitchin’ rockabilly from the heart of the Pacific Northwest. Steeped in revved up rock n roll, old-school honkey tonk hollerin’ and punk rock mania, The Double Deuce play it the way it was meant to be played: greased up, stripped down and just this side of out of control.Sample The Double Deuce on Reverb Nation.
