PURCHASE:
To buy a gift certificate, simply place the increments you want to buy in your shopping cart and complete the purchase as you normally would. The following business day, we will send you an email with the gift certificate code for you to either email to the recipient or print out and hand-deliver. If you would like us to snail mail you or the recipient a printed copy of the gift certificate please call us toll-free at 888.450.5060 to let us know you want it mailed instead of emailed. If you have a personalized message you would like to have included on the gift certificate, please call us after you place your order and we’ll be sure to include it in your gift certificate.
REDEMPTION:
Please remember that gift certificates must be redeemed in full at redemption. As an example, if you order a $50 gift certificate, the recipient must use the $50 all at once. However, if you buy two $25 gift certificates for a total of $50, the recipient can use each certificate separately. To redeem your gift certificate, simply call us toll-free at 888.450.5060 during normal business hours with the items you wish to order, along with the gift certificate code, and we will process your order right away.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Except for $100 and $250 gift certificates, standard shipping charges still apply when the gift certificate is redeemed. However, the gift certificate amount can be used to offset any shipping charges in the same way it would be used to offset the price of the products.
EXPIRATION:
Gift certificates expire 6 months from date of issuance.
