Tune back rotation and forward lean, mount your strap low and run the ankle strap without the C_Flex Insert for maximum freedom. Crank rotation and forward lean, mount your ankle strap high, and drop in the stiffest C_Flex Insert for the most direct connection to your board. Or run all the adjustments somewhere between the two extremes.
