"The way things are today, people are very quick to complain about poor service and rarely give a “good job!” when deserved. Well, this letter is one of those instances where you and your employee, Christina, need to hear “excellent job and thank you”. My 10 year son, Dugan, had his heart set on a particular skateboard. He did chores to save up enough money to purchase it on his own. When he finally had enough saved, we went online to purchase the board. Unfortunately, the board he wanted had been discontinued from your online store. I then called your store direct and reached Christina. She was extremely helpful. She took it upon herself to call the manufacturer, secured the exact board Dugan wanted and had it shipped to your store. Upon its arrival, she inspected the board herself and then shipped it to my son at home. She also added a skateboard tool, which to Dugan, was just as great as the board itself! I just wanted to let you know you have a very customer service oriented employee working on your team and that she deserve a pat on the back for the job well done. I wish she were on my team!"

We live in Alaska and really appreciate the fact that you are very informed and offer us shipments that are sent via USPS Priority Mail. You realize that Priority Mail is cheaper and gets the packages to Alaska just as quickly as UPS does. So many companies that are located in the "Lower 48" (Continental United States) tend to only ship via UPS 2nd or 3rd day air to Alaska and then charge outlandish shipping prices!
