"I just wanted to give some feedback about my shopping experience today. First, I happened to stumble onto your website which directed me to the local store. Your website is quite phenomenal for (what I learned) is such a small company! Based on the quality of the website I honestly thought Tactics was a national chain. The website allowed me to browse and see what was available, which drew me into your retail store, so credit the terrific website for that. Great job! But as good as the site it, your CSR was stellar. She was quite helpful and directed me to the in-store computer to browse what was in the warehouse, as I was shopping for shorts in the dead of winter. It is this kind of customer service that is truly lacking in business today, and I left quite impressed. I wish your company the best and with the great experience I had today you can be rest assured I’ll be making a point to send any business your way."
