Your website is quite phenomenal for (what I learned) is such a small company! Based on the quality of the website I honestly thought Tactics was a national chain. The website allowed me to browse and see what was available, which drew me into your retail store, so credit the terrific website for that. Great job! But as good as the site it, your CSR was stellar. She was quite helpful and directed me to the in-store computer to browse what was in the warehouse, as I was shopping for shorts in the dead of winter. It is this kind of customer service that is truly lacking in business today, and I left quite impressed.
