Mail: Still partial to snail mail? No problem. Simply complete and mail our ORDER FORM to Tactics, attn: Order Fulfillment, P.O. Box 1473, Eugene, OR 97440. Please keep in mind that your order is subject to product availability at the time we receive and process your order. NOTE: Please call us first in order to get the proper shipping amount to include for your order. Mail orders will not be shipped if the shipping amount is not included. For mail orders, we accept money orders and cashier's checks ONLY. No personal checks will be accepted. Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt, but items ordered are subject to availability at the time of receipt.
Tactics currently accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, and JCB Card®.
You can easily check the status of your order by clicking on My Account and entering the email associated with the order and your Tactics password. If your order has shipped via a carrier using package tracking technology such as UPS, you can simply click on your tracking number to check the current location of your package. In addition, once your order is packed and shipped from our facility, you will receive a confirming email that includes your package tracking number, if applicable.
Please note: If you placed an order online or by phone, you DO have a Tactics account. You can access that account, including order history, order status, etc., by logging in using the email address provided when the order was placed and your password. We provided you with a alpha-numeric password during order checkout or you opted to set your own password. If you've forgotten that password, it's not a problem. Simply click the "Forgot your password?" link on the account login page. We'll immediately email that to you.
Tactics occasionally offers promotional codes for discounts on Tactics products. These codes may only be used once per customer and may not be combined with any other offer. In order to receive your discount, you will be asked to enter your promotional code during our online Checkout process. In the event you place your order by phone, fax, or mail, be sure to include your promotional code.
There is no sales tax on any order placed with Tactics.Receipt and Email Confirmation:
At the conclusion of our online Checkout process, a Receipt for your order will be displayed providing you with a Tactics Order Number and other pertinent information. For your protection, we recommend that you print and save this page for your records. Once your order is actually shipped from our facility, we will send you an email confirming shipment of your order and providing you with instructions on how you can track the status of your package, if applicable.
