Fax: Order by fax by printing and completing our ORDER FORM. Fax to Tactics at 1.541.349.2007. If you are unable to print the Order Form, feel free to prepare your own, just be sure to include all the information requested on our form.

Mail: Still partial to snail mail? No problem. Simply complete and mail our ORDER FORM to Tactics, attn: Order Fulfillment, P.O. Box 1473, Eugene, OR 97440. Please keep in mind that your order is subject to product availability at the time we receive and process your order. NOTE: Please call us first in order to get the proper shipping amount to include for your order. Mail orders will not be shipped if the shipping amount is not included. For mail orders, we accept money orders and cashier's checks ONLY. No personal checks will be accepted. Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt, but items ordered are subject to availability at the time of receipt.

Tactics currently accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, and JCB Card®.

You can easily check the status of your order by clicking on My Account and entering your personal Tactics password. If your order has shipped via a carrier using package tracking technology such as UPS, you can simply click on your tracking number to check the current location of your package. In addition, once your order is packed and shipped from our facility, you will receive a confirming email that includes your package tracking number, if applicable.

We will occasionally issue promotional codes for discounts on Tactics products. These codes may only be used once per customer. In order to receive your discount, you will be asked to enter your promotional code during our online Checkout process. In the event you place your order by phone, fax, or mail, be sure to include your promotional code.

There is no sales tax on any order placed with Tactics.

At the conclusion of our online Checkout process, a Receipt for your order will be displayed providing you with a Tactics Order Number and other pertinent information. For your protection, we recommend that you print and save this page for your records. Once your order is actually shipped from our facility, we will send you an email confirming shipment of your order and providing you with instructions on how you can track the status of your package, if applicable.

All prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to offer sales or promotions and lower prices. If you purchase a product from us and the item is placed on sale within one week of your purchase, we will refund the difference to you if you call us within the one week period. However, in order to receive the price differential, the exact same size and color of the product you purchased must still be for sale at our website at the time you call. After this one week period, we will NOT refund the price differential.

Tactics will NOT be undersold. We will match any advertised price of our online competitors for the exact size, color, and make of a particular item. The item you are price matching must be in stock and directly available for order to your shipping address at the competitor's website. Simply call one of our customer service representatives and provide the exact URL of the item you would like us to price match and we will take care of you.
