Generally, this means your order is packed and shipped from our Oregon warehouse within 24 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays) after we receive your order. Delays can occur if we need to investigate mistakes made during the checkout process or any other order irregularity. Tactics offers 4 shipping options for domestic orders: Standard, 3-Business Day, 2-Business Day, and Next Business Day. Because actual delivery times may be subject to factors beyond our control such as order verification, adverse weather conditions and other carrier delays, Tactics cannot guarantee your package will arrive within the estimated delivery time. If time is critical and you need your items by a specified date, we recommend choosing a shipping method that provides at least a 2 business day cushion period to account for unforeseen delivery problems. IMPORTANT: IN CALCULATING DELIVERY TIMES, EXCLUDE THE DAY THE ORDER IS SHIPPED, WEEKENDS, AND CERTAIN SHIPPING HOLIDAYS. FOR EXAMPLE, ABSENT A SHIPPING HOLIDAY OR ANY ORDER IRREGULARITY REQUIRING INVESTIGATION, A 3-BUSINESS DAY ORDER PLACED ON MONDAY AND SHIPPED ON TUESDAY WILL ARRIVE ON FRIDAY. SIMILARLY, A 2-BUSINESS DAY ORDER PLACED ON THURSDAY AND SHIPPED ON FRIDAY WILL ARRIVE THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY.

Tactics has partnered with a few select carriers to minimize shipping rates and best serve you. Shipping rates vary depending on the shipping method selected and whether your order includes oversized items, such as snowboards, snowboard boots or certain board and travel bags. Please keep in mind that these rates are designed to simply try to come close to covering our shipping costs. We don't charge a "handling fee" and we don't try to be sneaky about charges or slip in another charge on the checkout page like some of our competitors. We pride ourselves on offering flat-rate shipping that you can see the second you put something in your shopping cart. It is the way we would want to shop if we were in your shoes - straightforward, simple, and honest. Trust us, each year we still lose a substantial amount money on shipping.
