How To Order: International


International Ordering and Shipping Restrictions
Tactics carries products from hundreds of brands. Depending on the terms of our dealer agreements, we may not be able to ship a brand's products to addresses outside the United States. To find out whether we can ship an item to your address, simply add the item to your Shopping Cart and select your destination country. A notation will appear next to restricted products and you will be unable to proceed through Checkout until all restricted products are removed from your Shopping Cart. In addition, due to size limitations, we are unable to ship internationally certain products such as extra large travel bags.
Shipping Options and Rates for Website Orders
Tactics.com offers United Parcel Service (UPS) and/or United States Postal Service (USPS) service depending upon the type of products you would like to purchase and the destination country. We have found these options to the be the most secure, efficient, and reasonably priced. To view the shipping options and cost, simply place the items you would like to order in your shopping cart and choose your country in the dropdown box on the Cart page. Following are time in transit estimates for each type of international shipping option:

- International UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-5 business days)
- International U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail (4-7 business days)
- International U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (6-10 business days)
- International Super Saver ships either (USPS) First Class Mail International or UPS Mail Innovations International (10-19 business days)

Keep in mind these are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders. Delays can occur if we need to verify your order or in the event of adverse weather conditions or other carrier or customs delays. Please note that UPS offers real-time tracking information, whereas the U.S. Postal Service tracking information provides only limited information.
Import Duties and Taxes
Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on Tactics.com. As the importer of record, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. Accordingly, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.
Payment Options
For direct website international orders, Tactics.com accepts only Visa® and MasterCard®. Paypal checkout is also accepted for direct website orders to many countries. For orders by email or fax, Tactics accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, and JCB Card®. (Money orders are not accepted.)

  • If your country is listed here, you must order online. We will not accept your order by phone, fax or e-mail.
    All Other International Orders
    For all other countries not listed above, you must E-mail or Fax us a completed ORDER FORM and photocopy of the credit card used. Upon receipt of your order, we will research the best shipping option for your individual order and contact you by email with a shipping quote. To place your order, simply send us your approval of the shipping quote by return email or fax and we will process your order in the regular course of business (generally within 1 business day). If you do not accept the quoted shipping rate or do not respond to our email within 2 business days, we will cancel your order, destroy your credit card information, and return all merchandise to inventory. All orders are subject to product availability at the time you approve our quoted shipping rate and your order is processed. Under no circumstances will Tactics charge your credit card unless and until you approve of the quoted shipping rate by return email or fax and your order is packed and shipped from our facility!
    How to Order via Email or Fax
    If you are not in a country that is allowed to order directly from our website, to place an order just follow these simple instructions:

    1. Print out and carefully complete the Tactics ORDER FORM. Be sure to include a valid email address.

    2. Create a photocopy of the back and front of the credit card referenced on your completed order form.

    3. Send both documents to Tactics via email internationalorders@tactics.com OR by fax 1.541.349.2007

    4. Reply to our shipping quote email within 2 business days by accepting or rejecting the quoted shipping charge. If you reject the quoted shipping charge or do not otherwise respond within 2 business days, Tactics will cancel your order, destroy your credit card information, and return all merchandise to inventory.
