While we are constantly striving to provide our customers with the information they need to make educated online purchases, we understand there is no substitute for "touching and feeling". We want you to have peace of mind in knowing that you can always return your purchase for a full refund of the product price if, after holding it in your hands or trying it on, you are not completely satisfied. Our policy is simple:RETURNSIF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SIMPLY RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE PRODUCT PRICE.
Upon arrival, inspect your shipment carefully. If there is any loss or damage, please contact us immediately. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of your order if the merchandise is in its original, unused, and sellable condition. Returns received after the 30 day period are not accepted. In rare cases where we may accept the return after the 30 day period, your refund amount will be the price on Tactics.com at the time the return is processed, less a $15 or 30% restocking fee, whichever is greater.RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT NOTES
A completed Return Form (or other document including all of the requested information below) must accompany your return.
We will only credit the original credit card used for the purchase.
We will only refund the original shipping and non-expedited return shipping costs if the return is a result of our shipping error.
To qualify for a refund, all returned products must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging including all labels and tags.
We do not accept returns of assembled skateboard completes, grip-taped skateboards, or surfboards.
Shoe boxes, boot boxes, binding boxes, and other product packaging must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them.
Your return will be processed and your credit card will be refunded approximately 5 business days after we receive your return. CLOTHING
All items must be unused and include the original packaging.
Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached – no pet hair, human hair, smoke odors, or makeup stains.
Tactics will refuse clothing returned in unsalable condition OR reduce the refund amount by 50%
FOOTWEAR
Footwear must not be worn and must include the original, undamaged packaging.
If you plan to return your shoes, do not wear them after trying them on.

Alternatively, you can simply complete the Return Form found on the back of your packing slip. For your protection, please make a copy of your completed form for your records and ship your package to us via a carrier offering package tracking technology, such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post.
To make an exchange, simply: (1) return your existing product(s) to us for a refund by following the above instructions; and (2) place a new online or phone order with us for the product(s) you would like to exchange for. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE RETURN FORM TO ATTEMPT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE AS IT WILL ONLY CAUSE A DELAY IN PROCESSING YOUR NEW ORDER!WARRANTIES
All items we sell are warranted by the manufacturers against manufacturing defects. Please contact us if you believe your purchase is defective and we will help facilitate a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
