I use clear to show top graphics and still wanting grip. The perforations mean no air bubbles to wrestle with. Seems to last as long as any other grip tape too. Good stuff imo.
I love the feel under my feet, shoes or not! It’s a great choice if you want to show off the top deck of your board. Solid Choice ???? (on three of my current decks)
