Nitro Snowboards was founded by Tommy Delago and Sepp Ardelt in 1990. Having never been infused with massive capital from outside investors, Nitro has remained a close group of workers and riders focused on one thing; snowboarding with friends. The internal team at Nitro understands the importance of hiring the right people, building the right team, and supporting the right scene. The bottom line goal for Nitro is not monetary but rather to support snowboarding communities across the globe from smaller resorts to retail employees to first-time riders.
