I like the tactics grip tape quite a lot. It's not overly grippy which I like. I usually sand my grip tape anyway just to give it a warn in feel. Definitely worth picking some up

Just normal grip tape; it will not destroy your shoes. I like a coarse grip to stay locked riding the bowl. The best part I like it...It was free!!! Thanks Tactics!!!
