This medium-flex freeride board has a hybrid profile designed for intermediate and advanced riders. The Super Fly II™ Core is lightweight and features a triaxial fiberglass laminate to help give this stability at speed while the front of the board has a rocker nose for kickin' back and surfing the snow when the powder is fresh. Balanced Freeride Geometry uses a mix of woods, lighter on the heelside edge, to even out your stance for a twin-like feel while the 12mm taper offers better edge-hold so you'll be in full control while charging down the steeps.

Directional Flat Top Rocker Profile - A flat profile overall with a rocker nose for steady stability and effortless float on deep powder days and surf-like terrain.
Squeezebox™ Core Profile - Squeezebox is a patent-pending technology that transfers energy outward from under your feet, energizing the tip and tail for added snap when executing a turn and ollieing. Thinner core sections underfoot transitions to thicker, more powerful areas between and outside your feet for a more stable board that can be powered up and manipulated with less effort.
Frostbite Edges - Edges beneath your bindings extend out slightly for tremendous edge-hold on hard, icy conditions. Powerful when you need them, playful when you don't. Frostbite Edges are hungry for hard-pack while remaining ever-forgiving in softer conditions.
The Channel® - The Channel is an exclusive Burton mounting system using a central spine for virtually endless binding adjust-ability. Introduced in 2011, Burton has widened The Channel along with equipping it with the industry standard hardware for enhanced connection to your snowboard and further compatibility with all Burton bindings along with new compatibility for select competitor's bindings such as Union, Forum and many others (Channel-compatible disc may need to be purchased separately for some brands).
The Channel allows you to micro-adjust stance width, angle, and toe-to-heel centering with ease while at the same time dispersing energy for added rebound and snap.
Super Fly II™ 700g Core - Stronger and lighter woods target specific areas of the core to provide pop, strength, and reduced weight.
Dualzone™ EGD™ (Engineered Grain Direction) - The wood grain is positioned along the toe and heel edges on two continuous zones, perpendicular to the rest of the wood core, for consistent edge-hold and added strength.
Infinite™ Ride Construction - A Burton exclusive technology allows their boards to maximize pop and strength by overbuilding the board for you. Whether you choose to ride Spring-loaded, Rocker, or Camber, rest assured that with Infinite Ride your board will maintain its flex, pop, and feel from the first day forward, season after season.
FSC™ Certified - Lighter stronger, and more sustainable with full FSC™ Certification, Burton's cores are rated in Gs to measure the cores weight so you can see exactly how light the board's core is.
Triax Fiberglass - Versatile flex and response for everything from mini to mega shred
Sintered Base - Durable and highly porous, get added durability and superior wax absorption for greater overall glide.
3 Year Warranty - Covered under manufacturer warranty for 3 years from the time of purchase! Warranty includes structural defects only and DOES NOT cover impact damage, abuse, misuse or normal wear and tear expected from aggressive riding.
Sorry folks, but bashing your board on a rock or rail does not qualify as a "manufacturer's defect" and will not be honored.
Outside Magazine Buyer's Guide Winner - With a focus on reviewing all outdoor recreationist gear Outside Magazine testers are diligent and trusted within the industry and choose a very few select winners for their snow categories.
Pro-Tip™ - A tapered tip and tail thickness that reduces swing weight for easier mobility.
Balanced Freeride Geometry - Balanced Freeride Geometry ends the debate between directional or twin board shapes with setback camber and sidecuts that are centered on your stance to create a twin freestyle feel when riding flat base. On edge it turns tight and quick with the float and prowess expected from a directional deck.
Super Sap® Epoxy - Resin formulated with bio-based materials, reducing the carbon footprint by 50% over conventional petroleum-based epoxies. Less oil consumption means even less of a carbon footprint per board.
