Overview

You may recognize this board from the Olympics, the Process, utilizing pro-level technologies like Dualzone™ EDG™ and Infinite™ Ride Construction to create a high end board that can handle just about anything. The PurePop Profile gives you all the power and pop of camber with subtle flat zones toward the tip and tail for a less "catchy" feel. The lightweight Super Fly II™ Core features a snappy Triax laminate with Squeezebox™ profiling for extra ollie power, and the Frostbite Edges ensure maximum grip on hard pack and icy conditions, which is a must have for climbing steep walls in the halfpipe. As amazing as this board is for freestyle type riding, this thing slays groomers, powder and the backside steeps with ease so if you're looking for a board that can do it all, you've found your one.

Key Features

PurePop Camber Profile - An evolution of a traditional camber shape, the PurePop profile features subtle flat zones just outside your feet to amplify pop and add playfulness to the snap and response of camber. Early rise tip and tail sections spin and float with a catch-free feel.

Squeezebox™ Core Profile - Squeezebox is a patent-pending technology that transfers energy outward from under your feet, energizing the tip and tail for added snap when executing a turn and ollieing. Thinner core sections underfoot transitions to thicker, more powerful areas between and outside your feet for a more stable board that can be powered up and manipulated with less effort.

Frostbite Edges - Edges beneath your bindings extend out slightly for tremendous edge-hold on hard, icy conditions. Powerful when you need them, playful when you don't. Frostbite Edges are hungry for hard-pack while remaining ever-forgiving in softer conditions.

The Channel® - The Channel is an exclusive Burton mounting system using a central spine for virtually endless binding adjust-ability. Introduced in 2011, Burton has widened The Channel along with equipping it with the industry standard hardware for enhanced connection to your snowboard and further compatibility with all Burton bindings along with new compatibility for select competitor's bindings such as Union, Forum and many others (Channel-compatible disc may need to be purchased separately for some brands).

The Channel allows you to micro-adjust stance width, angle, and toe-to-heel centering with ease while at the same time dispersing energy for added rebound and snap.

Core

Super Fly II™ 700g Core - Stronger and lighter woods target specific areas of the core to provide pop, strength, and reduced weight.

Dualzone™ EGD™ (Engineered Grain Direction) - The wood grain is positioned along the toe and heel edges on two continuous zones, perpendicular to the rest of the wood core, for consistent edge-hold and added strength.

Infinite™ Ride Construction - A Burton exclusive technology allows their boards to maximize pop and strength by overbuilding the board for you. Whether you choose to ride Spring-loaded, Rocker, or Camber, rest assured that with Infinite Ride your board will maintain its flex, pop, and feel from the first day forward, season after season.

FSC™ Certified - Lighter stronger, and more sustainable with full FSC™ Certification, Burton's cores are rated in Gs to measure the cores weight so you can see exactly how light the board's core is.

Laminates

Triax Fiberglass - Versatile flex and response for everything from mini to mega shred

Base

Sintered Base - Durable and highly porous, get added durability and superior wax absorption for greater overall glide.

Details

Scoop - This exaggerated tip and tail scooping turns up the edges for a looser, more forgiving feel that adds catch-free fun when riding everything from a knee-high box to neck-deep pow.

Pro-Tip™ - A tapered tip and tail thickness that reduces swing weight for easier mobility.

Super Sap® Epoxy - Resin formulated with bio-based materials, reducing the carbon footprint by 50% over conventional petroleum-based epoxies. Less oil consumption means even less of a carbon footprint per board.
