Louie Lopez's first pro model shoe is inspired by retro tennis shoes giving it a low profile, but packed with skateboarding functionality. The durable upper is backed with rubber to extend the life of the shoe past just the upper material. The OrthoLite insole with Nike Zoom Air technology provides excellent impact absorption and heel bruise protection. A vulcanized construction with the original CONS traction rubber gives you the responsiveness and boardfeel that you love about Converse shoes. Ya' did good Louie!

Vulcanized - “Vulc” shoes are light, flexible and break in quickly. These don't provide as much foot protection as cupsoles, but they are preferred if you’re looking for good board feel in a shoe with less weight and bulk.

Material Tech

Rubber Backing - Added durability thanks to the rubber backed upper material, the rubber layer is applied to the back of the outer material to enhance durability and extend the life of the upper, these shoes are tough.

Cons Traction Rubber - Converse maintains their iconic outsole and has updated their classic Converse vulcanized rubber compound to increase board traction for today's skateboarder and offers 70% increased griptape traction.

Molded OrthoLite Sockliner - Specially developed Converse double density molded OrthoLite sockliner features heel and forefoot pads in high impact areas for energy dispersion.

OrthoLite foam fights against fungus, bacteria and odor through a patented environmentally friendly biocide

High level of breathability and moisture wicking, OrthoLite's open cell polyurethane foam is 95-100% breathable allowing air to circulate through the sockliner.

Zoom Air Bag Heel - Nike Zoom technology combines pressurized air with internal fibers to deliver highly responsive cushioning that springs back fast for maximum impact protection.

Converse Louie Lopez Pro Skate Shoes - (canvas) black/wolf grey/white
This shoe has such good board feel and fits right to your feet. Super comfortable and feels good. I have wide feet and it just fits so well still. Usually, I say I'm 9.5. I got these in size 9. Looks so beautiful too. Love it.

Good traction, tough foxing tape, but don’t be kicking out with these bad boys.

My second favorite CONS shoe

Converse Louie Lopez Pro Skate Shoes
Although I prefer skating in the CTAS Pro low tops, I do love the Louie Lopez's. I've bought two pairs. You really can't buy a better skate shoe. They're comfortable and durable; they break in fast; and they're original looking. I've never seen a shoe like it. I have a hard time believing these shoes could fall apart in two weeks. My current pair definitely looks like they've seen better days, but they're still holding up strong. But yes, you definitely need to buy at least a .5 size down.
