The Footprint Kingfoam Orthotics insoles drastically reduce sore ankles and leg fatigue to help you stay on your feet longer. Footprint Kingfoam Orthotics insoles provide superior cushioning and primo protection by turning the energy from impacts into heat. Recommended by doctors and used by professional skaters like Brandon Biebel and Aaron "Jaws" Homoki.
Kingfoam Orthotics insoles offer built-in arch support and a formed heel cup for added protection. These insoles are a little thicker and tend to work best in vulcanized shoes, but can be worn in cupsoles.

Footprint Kingfoam Orthotics 6mm Insoles - skeleton black
Best insoles in the game this particular version is slightly cheaper and better other versions. You don’t have to heat them up stinking your house up with chemical smells and they still mold to your foot and serious help with impact protection. The only thing is they can become a crutch where you can’t skate without them. Only critique is make the fabric stay on better and last longer. Will last at least 6 months

Do you put these on top of your stock insoles, or do you swap them out completely?

You would want to take out your old insoles and put these in.

I wear a size 10 should I go for the 10-10.5 or should I go down a size so they fit alright in my shoe? What would you say?

Would recommend purchasing the 10-10.5 and then trimming them down to fit if necessary
