Lifetime Warranty - All Jones backpacks have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive abuse or misuse, impacts of any kind, cosmetic issues, or damage related to, or resulting from, modifications made after purchase.
