Key Features

Skate-Tech Baseplate Design - NOW's Skate Tech system mimics the function of skateboard trucks. The ‘Hanger' powerfully transfers energy input from the straps to the bushings and onto the edges of your board. The 'Kingpin' acts as a fulcrum, magnifying this energy through leverage.

Traditional bindings diminish energy transfer by flexing and bending the baseplate, forcing you to crank your straps down harder, ride with more forward lean, or run taller and stiffer highbacks. This all leads to more foot fatigue and pain. NOW bindings bypass the middle of the snowboard and direct your energy right onto the board's edges. NOW bindings transfer more power to the board with less work, meaning your feet will stay more relaxed and comfortable, longer.

Lifetime Warranty (Limited, See Details) - Covered under manufacturer lifetime guarantee against breakage of the baseplate or heelcup along with defects in materials or workmanship. This lifetime warranty DOES NOT cover broken bindings due to abuse or neglect, damage caused by any modification done outside the manufacturer's facility, or lost parts due to lack of hardware maintenance.

Highbacks, straps, ratchets and other components are not included under lifetime warranty.

Highback

Freewing Highback - Higher medial side follows leg angles

Pre-rotated 10-degrees

15mm higher and 40% more rigid than the Flex Hinge highback

Lateral hood for added support

Straps

Sieva Ankle Straps - The word Sieva means single-injected EVA. The body of the strap is made entirely with one-part EVA injection, eliminating any stitching and reducing glue usage to less than 1% of the strap area. A nylon webbing that is strong, durable and flexible is inserted in the body of the strap and sealed with a micro-injected logo. The Sieva strap is about durability, comfort and reducing weight.

PA66-GF Buckles - The PA66-GF buckles are made with the same high-grade Nylon and Glass Fiber blend found in NOW's post and disc. This material is light and strong.

Ladder Tech - • Curved out at base, to keep them out of the way

• Sleeker profile

• Angled sides for cleaner look/feel

• Cold temp and impact tested

Baseplate

Hanger 2.0 Baseplate (Wider Heelcup) - The Hanger 2.0 offers a wider heelcup footprint for better boot compatibility. A drop-down medial wall was added for lateral flexibility, while the addition of snow-clearing channels prevents ice buildup underneath the highback legs.

- Made with 30% glass filled Nylon for weight-savings without sacrificing strength.

- I-beam wall sections are both rigid and light.

- Baseless design allows for uninterrupted board flex.

- Allows for easy energy transfer to the board’s edges.

Kingpin Tech - Hollow rivet assembly links the Hanger to the Alumi-ring, which creates a fulcrum for efficient energy transfer.

Hollow stainless steel rivet is extremely light and strong.

Hinge Connector - • Hinge design allows strap to move out of the way

• Stop mechanism, prevent floppy strap

• Minimalist and strong

Base Bushings (Soft: 40 Shore) - 40 Shore is the softest bushing available. The softer the bushing the smoother the ride, however the harder the bushing the more responsive the ride. This is a true damping system that is placed at the main contact point to the board, which means by adjusting the hardness here it has the most impact in lessening board chatter while still allowing for powerful energy transfer directly to the edges of your board.

NOW IPO Snowboard Bindings - off white
Love the binding performed well. The first day of riding on them my toe strap snapped off right where it attaches the the binding on a hard carve. Not ideal maybe bad plastic in that one? Otherwise like them.

Think about the last innovation that affects the way a binding works. Not how a binding keeps you in, e.g. capstraps(Burton), thongs(Ride), rear entry(Flow/Roxy/Gnu), step-ins(multiple manufactures). I guess you can say the Burton EST system, but basically EST is baseless bindings that were extinct by 1997. Now has finally created an innovation that affects the way you ride, which hasn't been done since the disc interface or highbacks. And really, Jeremy Jones and Devin Walsh endorse this product. Is there a better recommendation than that? Also, this binding interfaces with 4x4, 3D, and the Burton Channel system. Thank you JP.

I went from riding burton cartels to these. What a difference in weight. These babies are light and strong. I have been riding them in consistent pow and have been extremely happy with their performance. The control over my board is great. It's like riding my board for the first time again. If you are looking for bindings buy these.
