  • Longer lasting - The epoxy infused, fiber reinforced structure of the Flight deck is extremely resistant to breaking, and this structure gives them "everlasting pop" that doesn't fade as your deck slowly wears. Ollies higher because of greater rebound and snap. Team testing suggests that Flight decks will last several times longer than a 7-ply, making them a great value as well as a superior performing skateboard.

About K26 Concave
  • Powell Peraltas K26 is a symmetrical, double kick mold with a familiar medium-to-mellow concave. The redesigned nose and tail are set closer together than on the K20 and feature a larger radius, allowing for smoother, more precise flicks and tons of pop. The K26 also accommodates a variety of deck shapes, up to 9.75" wide, with wheelbases of up to 14.5". The K26 is the first concave designed to optimize the flex and pop of Flight deck construction, but it feels great on 7-ply too!

Powell Peralta Skeleton 9.0 Flight 309 Shape Skateboard Deck - purple foil
This board has been great. Like many boards it razor tails pretty quick which is a downfall of trick oriented boards... They are thinner and lighter. I had one big slide out and it ripped off like a quarter inch of the tail... So I put some tail guards on mine. I don't plan on doing tricks other than some ollies anyway. The board has longitudinal flex in it which helps with rough ground. Combined with the right wheels this board is surprisingly good on the street while still being responsive. But, being a 9" board it is pretty heavy. I wouldn't assume that smaller boards skate the same as this one!

Great board and very rigid. If you are over 200lbs this board feels more solid than a standard all maple board.
