Keeps you dry during periods of light snow or rain
Allows comfort and airflow during normal activities
Lightweight shell, requires layering for added warmth
A standard fit with moderate length, focused on comfort and mobility
The Covert is back by popular demand and is built to adapt to both icy conditions and warmer spring days. This non-restricting shell pairs incredibly well with a nice base layer underneath to allow for full range of motion.

Thumbgrips at the sleeves provide a seamless fit with your gloves to keep chills out, while the Fulltime Contour hood fits over your helmet and allows for quick adjustments. Whether you choose to utilize the powder skirt or jacket-to-pant interface, snow will have a hell of a time getting inside, and you'll be stoked on that dryness insurance. Keep dry and rock as many or as few layers as you want with the Covert jacket.

Utilizing advanced materials (all stamped with the DRYRIDE seal of approval), rigorous testing, and team input, DRYRIDE continues to evolve their technology to keep up with snowboarding’s progression.

DRYRIDE 2L Durashell - Features technical weatherproofing and breathable properties in a buttery soft yet bomber package. Various insulation and lining systems can be incorporated to fine-tune the overall warmth, comfort, and breathability of the garment.

Critically Taped - On outerwear with critically taped seams you only have taping at the key points where potential leakage can occur. This is acceptable, or even advantageous if you live in a dry climate, if you're more concerned with breathability than dealing with wet weather then outerwear featuring critically taped seams is the way to go.

bluesign® Approved Fabric - Guarantees that each product uses only safe chemicals and was made to meet the highest standards of natural resource conservation, consumer and worker safety, and clean air and water discharge during manufacturing.

YKK Water Resistant Zippers - YKK matte water-resistant zippers for smoother performance and better drape, a cleaner finish, and overall higher strength.

Living Lining™ - Burton's Living Lining™ has three different properties working in unison to keep you comfortable:

1) The waterproof shell keeps the precipitation out while releasing internal moisture to keep you dry

2) The quick drying insulation keeps you warm, and works with the smart fibers to vent heat robbing moisture

3) As you heat up the smart fibers open to increase breathability, as you cool down the fibers constrict to keep you warm

Bring all of these together and you get a more comfortable experience even in those hard to contend with conditions.

Magic Stitch Removable Waist Gaiter - The powder skirt can be permanently removed by simply undoing one stitch.

Burton Covert Jacket - rain stencil
5'6" 175 pounds bought a medium. The fit is great up top in chest and arm area. It is a long jacket for that swaggy look. Length falls below my butt which is what i was going for

Burton Covert Jacket - bog heather
I wanted a light weight jacket to use on fair weather days, just a little more than a shell. I think I could wear this on the coldest of days with appropriate base layers. Arm vents are nice.

Burton Covert Jacket
I was searching for a jacket that was stylish and comfortable without being bulky. Biggest thing for me was that I needed a non restricting jacket. This is all that and more at a fair price point for its value.

Super happy with my purchase! The jacket is light but completely covers your body from snow getting in on falls...Best part is how no wind goes through especially on a windy lift! Love this jacket.

Burton Covert Jacket - bog heather
I love this coat. I upgraded from a circa-2008 Alpine model. This Covert is even warmer than the old one but doesn't seem to be any heavier.

Sleeves are pretty long, even for me! (I wear a 34/35 sleeve length dress shirt) But cinched just a bit with the velcro and there are no problems. I actually prefer the longer sleeves as you can have a full range of motion and not have the sleeves come off your gloves when at the mountain.
