The G-Form Total Impact short body pad from Burton Snowboards lets you take slams and wake up ready for more the next day. The protective G-Form padding stiffens on impact to absorb and evenly dissipate energy. The shorts are easily concealed beneath outerwear and feature quick-dry fabric properties.

I ended up catching an edge a couple of times. I still left with a sore butt, but I certainly didn't have a broken or sore tailbone for more than a day. On previous trips, I would have a sore tailbone for weeks, but I do think these help to disperse the force across a wider area of the butt and thus reduce deeper bruising.
