Sole
Cupsole - Durable and shock-absorbing to provide the best impact protection against hard landings. Cupsoles generally last longer than a vulcanized sole but don't provide as much flexibility and board feel right out of the box.
Details
Foam Lite 1 Insole - Foam Lite 1 insoles are formulated with Ortholite and provide maximum long lasting comfort for your feet. The insoles also wick away moisture to keep your feet dry and contain a biocide to fight odor.
Full Length EVA Midsole - Provides full-foot cushioning and impact protection.
Michelin Outsole Technology - Using a custom formula from Michelin tire manufacturer, this outsole lasts three times longer than a standard outsole without sacrificing grip or boardfeel.
Low key reminds me of the Arto Saari Etnies from back in the day. Awesome looking shoe.

Etnies Veer Michelin Skate Shoes
I bought these in January and skated them on the day they arrived. Its been about a month now and they havent ripped open yet. I skate everyday and the first layer of suede on the toe just now ripped down. I probably have another month and a half in these. There are no lace loops on these to protect your laces, but it seems like the laces are set a little higher up, so they aren't touched. Impact protection is pretty good. I don't jump down big stuff because i am afraid of heights, but my feet feel good after doing ledge and flatground tricks.
