May the Force be with you in these Nike SB 58 Skate Shoes. With the durability of a cupsole and the resilience of a vulcanized shoe, these suede and canvas shoes will ensure a good ride, and an even better time.
- The Perforations and Swoosh on the Toe are a Nod to Heritage Basketball Styles
- Tri-Star Shapes on the Sole Expand and Contract for Better Grip and Board-Feel Right out of the Box
- Featuring the Durability of a Cupsole With the Flexibility of a Vulcanized Shoe
- Internal Gusset Hugs Your Foot to Help Keep Your Shoe on if Your Laces Blow Out
Vulcanized - “Vulc” shoes are light, flexible and break in quickly. These don't provide as much foot protection as cupsoles, but they are preferred if you’re looking for good board feel in a shoe with less weight and bulk.
Cupsole - Durable and shock-absorbing to provide the best impact protection against hard landings. Cupsoles generally last longer than a vulcanized sole but don't provide as much flexibility and board feel right out of the box.
The shoe itself I liked and looked well constructed but was too narrow for my feet. Had too get rid of them after trying to skate in them at three different sessions.
