Narrow - The least amount of traction intended for advanced, technical skateboarding.
Surface
Smooth - Smooth wheels come with a shiny coating on the riding surface that feels grippy at first, but wears away quickly.
Wheel Shape
Nomads - Nomads feature a straight cut, mid-width shape with sharp edge for easy lock-in and wide riding surface for consistent slide.
Urethane
Elite Formula - OJ's "way too fast" formula. Made from 100% team tested urethane, these super durable wheels offer more speed for even more sessions.
Durometer
95a - Great for beginners until they gain control needed for harder durometers. Also useful in your neighbor's beat up pool and gnarly ditches.

New favorite wheels

There’s no skate park here, roads aren’t the best but these wheels make the ride nice and they are just as fast formula 4s 99a for those that need a comparison.
I’ve used every kind of wheel out there after about 20 years and mainly skated Spitfire but I wanted something with a bit more give. These Nomads are probably the best formula urethane I’ve ever ridden. I couldn’t be more happy with these wheels!!!

Ride through Rough Concrete and Power Slide at Skateparks
This wheel is a true ATF for harsh ground and also being able to still power slide. Spitfire Connicals are horrible for Power Slides and being harder than these OJ Wheels Nomads, this wheel changed my skating experience significantly. They need to break-in in order to power slide. A couple sessions of skating (or about 5 to 10 skate sessions) will get you to really feel how good these wheels are.
These wheels are hard but grippy which translates to speed very well. Great for a trick board but maybe not for a cruiser set up. Also the graphic doesn't rub away easily during grinds which is a plus
