These were okay but I switched to Pro Designed. I'm 50 with two knee operations so I need all the padding I can get.

I have a size 12 foot, 6'0" tall, 250 lbs. These pads fit fine over jeans and hiking pants. I can put the knee pads on and take them off without removing my shoes.
XL size is good for a big dude, they are definitely big pads.
