The Spitfire 80HD Chargers Classic skateboard wheels are soft, smooth and promise lasting speed. Spitfire's 80HD formula prevents unwanted flex that occurs in other wheels of the same durometer. Essentially these wheels won't flex like most soft wheels, giving you the best of both worlds and a crazy smooth ride.
Standard - Your classic wheel shape, it's not built to excel in specific scenarios like a narrow or wide wheel, but it's appropriate for most situations. If you're new to skating this is where you want to start.
80a - Soft with plenty of grip. You'll be able to smoothly roll over rough surfaces without getting hung-up on cracks or small rocks. These wheels are slightly harder than the standard 78a and are easier to initiate into slides and drifts. They offer great slide control and are more durable, but won't slow you down as quickly as 78a wheels. Ideal for cruising, carving, freeride, and downhill. Also a good filming duro as its a bit faster than some of the softer varieties.
Urethane skate wheels generally range from 75a-101a, the numbers increase with the hardness of the wheel.
Smooth - Smooth wheels have a shiny coating on their surface that is commonly referred to as its skin or mold release. Smooth wheels are generally preferred for their grip and traction.
80HD - These 80HDs are an exclusive 80 durometer high density speed urethane that cuts out unwanted wheel flex usually found in other soft wheels. These things are fast, soft and out of control.
Classic Shape - The original Spitfire wheel designed and shaped by the pros who ride them.
