Vans Skate Old Skool Wafflecup Shoes - black/dark gum

Ive owned several pairs of Vans before. This is the first pair thats been uncomfortable straight out the box. The back of the shoe is very high and lightly padded, so it rubs on my Achilles in an uncomfortable way. I dont have a blister yet, but its been a concern since I first wore them.

They look cool af though so Ill still give them a chance to break in more, but just be aware that your straight-out-of-the-box experience may be a little disappointing.
