The Lakai Flaco skate shoes feature a suede toe cap that extends back towards the side panels where extra rubber backing is applied for added wear resistance from ollies. The lightweight vulcanized sole ensures flexible board feel right out of the box. This is Stevie Perez's pro model, so you can trust your feet are in good hands.

  • Vulcanized
Primary Upper Materials

Vulcanized - “Vulc” shoes are light, flexible and break in quickly. These don't provide as much foot protection as cupsoles, but they are preferred if you’re looking for good board feel in a shoe with less weight and bulk.

CO-BOUND Ollie Area - The quarter panel is reinforced with a thin layer of durable rubber for increased protection against blowouts.

Lux-Lite Insole - Lux-Lite is a premium, breathable foam compound that's been molded for superior comfort and never packs out.

Lakai Flaco Skate Shoes - black/gum suede
Great shoe. Lace ripping issues but solid anyway.

Lakai Flaco Skate Shoes - forrest suede
These run about a 1/2 size small. Other than that they are constructed well and break in easy. But I wish mine were larger.

Shallow heel cup,narrow up front.

Lakai Flaco Skate Shoes
Worst skate shoe I've ever had. The heel cup is almost an inch more shallow than all my other shoes. I felt like my heel was not in the shoe and as a result felt like I was going to twist my ankle. Great for walking not for skating. Gave them two sessions and I wish I could return them. Also I felt that the toe box was on the narrow side and disagree with the reviewer about this being a wide shoe. 34 years skating.

Sole doesn't last long, but they skate good and are core so buy them

Lakai Flaco Skate Shoes
These skated good right out of the box, no break in required.

Upper held up well, only a couple small holes in the end and I do a lot of flip tricks.

Got pretty packed out in the end, like a typical vulc shoe. Never felt floppy or thin though, still adequate padding 'til the very end.

My one major complaint is that when the tread on these is gone, the sole is gone. You can't skate them with bare tread for a while before breaking through like most other shoes. And the sole definitely didn't last long, probably a little shorter than a pair of normal vulcanized Vans.

Would recommend buying though just cause they skate good while they last and Lakai is core. Sports brands suck

Lakai Flaco Skate Shoes
I have been skating for more than 10 years and I'm lucky if a pair of shoes lasts me more than three weeks. These shoes lasted me over a month. Very impressed and very happy with my purchase.
