Spitfire Formula Four Classic Skateboard Wheels - white/silver classic swirl (99d)
The formula four classics are the almost perfect wheel. Their slide ability is amazing and they will not flat spot. Even though they are meant for park and street, they are able to ride on rough ground without the board shaking violently. But if your intent is for cruising on rough ground and not powersliding or doing tricks, I wouldn’t recommend these as much. They are lightweight and easy to do tricks on as well. However, they have no threads, so at first they are very slippery. On transition they can be extra slippery starting out. However you’ll probably get used to it after a while. If you skate transition more I would get conical or lock-in formula fours rather than classics though.

Are these wheels ok for just riding on sidewalks while I learn to ride as well?

These wheels are quite firm and will get stuck on a crack or rock very easily if you are not comfortable on the board yet. I would recommend something between 92d and 95d to learn on.
