I usually skate New Balance. These fit pretty similarly in size to most of the New Balances I've ran. I sized up half a size (normally 9.5, bought a 10) and I think I could have been good with a 9.5. Been wanting to try an Adidas shoe for a while and so far these feel great. Excited to see how they wear.

Are the Nora's only in women's sizes? If so, how would I convert to a men's size?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Unless a shoe is listed in the women's section the display size will be men's sizing. That being said there is a button to click which will show the women's sizing conversion chart. Hope I could help clarify that to you.
