Key Features

Resort V1 Profile - Featuring the full benefits of traditional camber, zero camber, and reverse camber. This profile provides the pop and power of camber with easy turn initiation and a catch-free feel.

Core

FSC Certified P2 Superlight Core - The P2 Superlight core was built for a high performance return of energy in a lightweight and versatile core. From razor sharp turns on demand, to huge ollies, this core was engineered with all-terrain technical freestyle riding in mind. Comprised of an even mix of poplar and paulownia, it is strong enough to meet the needs of the Black Death customer while saving considerable weight.

Laminates

Holysheet™ Fiberglass - Holysheet™ Fiberglass features fiber weaves with high tensile strength and low modulus of elasticity. Triaxial fiberglass is placed on top of the core and Biaxial fiberglass beneath, creating a perfectly blended ride while increasing strength and durability.

Carbon Aramid Struts - Mixed material technical weave yields an optimal blend of performance and strength.

Details

1.5mm Cork Edge Damping System - Damp, durable and lighter than rubber, Cork is placed in between the steel edge and the ABS sidewall for increased protection from blunt force impacts. This exclusive damping system is applied underfoot where the board contacts rails.

PLT Topsheet Technology - PLT Topsheet Technology adheres to the board without using toxic and heavy lacquer to maintain vibrant and rich graphics on the board.

Magic Bean™ Resin - Poppy, powerful, and extremely durable, Magic Bean™ resin yields much stronger and more rigid qualities allowing CAPiTA to decrease the wood core thickness which means a lighter board with higher energy return.

2 Year Warranty - Covered under manufacturer warranty for 2 years from the time of purchase. Warranty includes structural defects only and DOES NOT cover impact damage, abuse, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Fun - soft with noticeable rocker

CAPiTA Ultrafear Snowboard
Really fun board. I have ridden flat boards for a while, so beware if that is your aim, you can definitely notice the reverse camber outside the bolts.

I found that it felt a bit softer than mid flex - maybe due to the reverse camber. For a 55, it feels very maneuverable and soft - doesn't do too bad in some deep snow either.

Capita Ultrafear Snowboard
honestly I could have went with a shorter board if it was just solely for the park. however at 6 feet and weighing 175 the 155 held up better at higher speeds. This is a great board and the graphic is sick... too bad i won't be able to say the same for this years ultrafear's graphic.

Capita Ultrafear Snowboard
I got this board for free riding and freestyle in the park. It delivers. Plenty of pop and very playful. It's also great all mountain and holds an edge and speed when needed.

Capita Ultrafear Snowboard - 155 top / white base
I got this board for rails and boxes and small jumps. I'm 170 lbs and the 151 is good and flexible and it is still stiff enough for the landings. I like having a sintered base, it's more durable and I've never had luck fixing the extruded bases. The board is expensive but if you can get it on sale it is a great jib board. I would also get the 155 for larger jumps. I hope they go away from the collage graphic style in the future.
