Mike Carroll designed these. Of course they're dope. No rattle, screws down better than any other bolts out there. Your new favorite bolts.

Same length "long necks" on both sizes

Girl Allen Longneck Skateboard Hardware
So I've been running the 7/8" Allen on my set ups but wanted to try risers so I asked on here to see if the long necks were longer on the 1" to still get use of the long necks while using a 1/8" riser and homie said, "These should fit perfect with a riser of that size." Lol thanks, that wasn't the question asked... Due to this useless answer I received I decided to buy them to check them out myself. Anyway, the long necks are the same length on the 1" as the 7/8" with the 1" just having a longer threaded section. When you stack a riser on, the truck baseplates sit on the threads so these are basically defeating the point of the long necks when using a riser. Yes you can adequately tighten the hardware to use with risers like the tactics answer provided but that's besides the point. If you are going to get these, just go for the 7/8" since the 1" has more threads to run through which takes more time to install and remove.
