Overview

Designed by Jamie Lynn, the Titty Fish is an aggressive, powder-freestyle board that kills it in all conditions thanks to the tried and true C3 profile. This shape is predominantly camber to maximize edge hold and pop, with a modest amount of rocker between the feet to make turning a little easier and more fluid. The directional shape and tapered tail keep the nose floating through the deepest powder while the Titanium and Teflon infused TNT base keeps you gliding fast without a lot of maintenance. The core is made from a combination of light and snappy woods like Aspen and Paulownia with Birch Internal Sidewalls to boost the durability, and Bi-axial and Tri-axial Fiberglass laminates to help absorb vibrations for a smooth ride, even in the rough stuff. All in all, this all-terrain board will get you anywhere on the mountain in style; just point the Titty where you want to go, and blast!

Key Features

C3 Camber/Banana Rocker Profile - Trapezoidal camber enhanced with Banana Tech for aggressive new traditionalists and weight lifters. Focuses a mild amount of pressure between your feet for carving, edge grip on ice and float in powder. Provides maximum pressure at the tip and tails for power and end-to-end stability.

Handbuilt in the USA - Every Lib Tech board is handmade by snowboarders with jobs in the USA.

Core

Aspen Wood - Light, strong, lively, fast growing, heat treated for maximum pop and long life.

Paulownia Wood - Ultra light, strong, long lively fibers.

Birch Internal Sidewalls - Rugged, lightweight, vertical end grain Birch internal sidewalls add pop and durability where you need it when things get hard.

Laminates

Bi-axial Fiberglass - This 2-way fiber orientation is engineered to provide maximum snap while decreasing chatter.

Tri-axial Fiberglass - This 3-way fiber orientation is engineered to increase snap and decrease vibrations for a smoother, more stable ride.

Base

TNT Base - TNT is a dual Fluoropolymer extruded base infused with Titanium and Teflon. A Lib Tech favorite for its durability, this is Lib Tech's fastest unwaxed base. TNT can be waxed less than a sintered base and will stay fast longer. Not as high maintenance as sintered, yet offers comparable performance.

Details

Eco-Sub PBT Top Sheet - Sounds technical right? It just means the top sheet is made from sublimated polyester material that's great for vibrant yet durable graphics, which means a long lasting image. When the graphics are as good as Lib's you'll be glad you have it.

UHMW Sintered Sidewalls - A Lib Tech innovation that is twice as sintered as most industry sidewalls. This ultra high molecular weight (UHMW) material increases durability, response and control for easier riding.

1 Year Warranty - Covered under manufacturer warranty for 1 year from the time of purchase. Warranty includes structural defects only and DOES NOT cover impact damage, abuse, misuse or normal wear and tear expected from aggressive riding.

Sorry folks, but bashing your board on a rock or rail does not qualify as a "manufacturer's defect" and will not be honored.

Mervin Made: EnvironMENTAL Construction - All Lib Tech snowboards are handcrafted by Mervin Manufacturing in the USA near Canada. Mervin has been environmentally aware from the beginning - 25+ years. No cancer-causing toxic automotive lacquer clearcoats. Soy-based elastomer sidewalls instead of toxic ABS. Made using renewable forest products for all snowboard cores. Fast growing trees have long fibers and natural pop. Wood is nature's fiberglass. Made with only low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) epoxy resin systems. Mervin's resin doesn't stink or make you dizzy. Mervin uses water-cleansed grinding systems to minimize airborne particulate levels. The Mervin Factory has 2700% air replacement ventilation systems. All wood sawdust is recycled as soil additive, plus scrap wood is donated to a local Mood Wood company that packages it as kindling and resells it. All scrap plastics (base cutouts, etc) are recycled and then reground to make new materials. Water-based solvents used for cleansing (instead of petrochemical-based solvents). Canola-based biodiesel heats the Mervin factory and is a renewable resource.
